Details: This video is awesome. Finally a video that works the abs as well as the lower back. There are tons of abs videos out there but none that combine these two areas. It is great! It gives you all you need to get your abs and lower back strong. Balance is the key. Thanks to this video I look and I feel fabulous. I recomend it to everyone.

Details: Este video muestra la forma correcta de hacer los abdominales, desde lo basico hasta un poco más fuerte. Aprendí otras cosas que me han ayudado no tan solo a bajar el abdomen, sino a sentirme mas saludable y con mas energía. Ya no tengo dolor de espalda y me puedo poner los mahones que no me cerraban.
