Details: The book arrived on time in fairly good condition. But, I would not order the spiral bound version again. It is too heavy and it is difficult to turn the pages

Details: This is a very useful and informative book. I have learned a great deal from it. It is very easy to understand. I am amazed at all the things I can do with Microsoft office I thought I knew quite a bit but after using this book I now know so much more.

Details: This is for someone with zero knowledge of Office products, very tedious for somebody who uses Office apps. often. Should offer a version with just word, Excel, Access and Power Point. That being said, you do learn some usefull techniques.

Details: When I received this book, which I thought took too long, I found the bottom right of the cover was ripped off leaving a small gap. Then the next 20 pages or so, same corner, were all folded up. Actually I am very disappointed and will probably see if I can sell it at my campus's bookstore,where they will buy back books, and pay full price for it on my campus.
