Details: I started out this book thinking, "What else can I really learn that I don't already know about this subject?" Do you ever read something thinking you already know everything, you just have to implement what you already know into your life? I ended up learning and growing quite a bit--in fact, I should read it again:) This author does a great job of breaking out our different reasons for anxiety, and how to deal with them. I thought this book was excellent, no matter your stage in life.

Details: This book was used for a study at our church this summer and several ladies really appreciated it's help in their lives. I have just started reading it in a book study with some other ladies and we too are enjoying it and hope that it will indeed help us to "calm our anxious hearts".

Details: Our Women's Bible Study decided to share this book and it has had the most positive results. In a world of such uncertainty we learn through Linda's stories and experience how to allow God to calm our hearts. I would recommend this book to all women if just to hear that you are not alone. That we all have like experiences that cause us to become anxious. To learn through the Word of God how to be satisfied with who you are because you were made wonderfully. There is so much in this little book that it will open your eyes and heart to His plan for you. I also purchased this book for my sisters and friends as gifts.

Details: This book is wonderful. When I find myself worrying about something, I read this book, and the Bible passages Dillow refers to, and find great comfort. I have purchased several copies for friends, and they are also finding it very helpful.
