Review Summary: THIS BOOK IS NOT THE ORIGINAL Date: 2008-11-29

Details: It is clear to me that most christians have not idea that the KJV is the original of any thing and it is also far from the original hebrew scroll. Once you learn for yourself language that these book are written in then you won't be so confuse. Now any thing is can happen 3000 years ago because you and i weren't there to see and hear for our self. I am not just gonna read one story because some leader, pastor or rabbi decide that, that is what i should read. What we must understand is that those who are at the top, yes at the "TOP" already decide what lies we are to be told and what book we should read. They even decide what should be teach before we were even able to talk. Every in the book store is missing truth and nothing is what it seems. The first thing every one should do is study world history, then world religion and after read all missing books including the entire bible(s) wow so many bibles. Why are they hiding the truth from the people, and why the people listen to their lies. The Book of Enoch was never original written in Hebrew. LOL

Review Summary: Review of Enoch the Prophet Date: 2007-10-01

Details: Excellent resource. It was neat to learn the names of many angels and their duties who were not mentioned in the holy bible text except for Michael and Gabriel. The sections on the creation of the race of giants and the birth of Noah were enlightening. Excellent source of knowlege about a great man of God, Enoch, who is also a mystery to most bible readers.

Review Summary: Too difficult to understand Date: 2007-06-15

Details: I found that this book was very intellectual and probably meant to be for the more advanced student. If you are a student of theology/christanity- and looking for more depth, this book would be for you.

Review Summary: A Powerful Book Date: 2007-05-23

Details: It took me a while to read this book because it is very scary but none the less a 3demenional look into the Bible and the future. If you are Christian you should know about Enoch frankly because he's not dead! That should be a big clue....Very good scripture and shouldn't have been left out of the Bible.

Review Summary: Pretty good read Date: 2007-04-12

Details: Enoch is mentioned in the Christian bible. Supposedly, The Book of Enoch the Prophet is a FULL text of a pre-Christ era book about the prophecy of Enoch, a righteous man in God's eyes. This book was left out of the original bible (canon) (were church leaders aware of it back then? I do not know.). It seems the only fully intact version of this book was written in Ethiopian. Only fragments of the original Hebrew (or Greek??) text have been found. Decide for yourself if the text seems inspired or consistent with other Christian texts. As for me, I did notice many similarities with this book and some texts in the bible. However, The Book of Enoch the Prophet expounds on many of the themes touched on in the bible such as the idea of giants on the earth as mentioned in Genesis. There is also much info related about a group of angels who defied God and came to earth to mate with women. I cannot speak to the authenticity of this book. However, it was a very interesting read. I recommend it for any Christian or biblical scholar. Why 3 stars out of 5? I'm a hard grader. The book was fine, I just don't give out many 4's or 5's unless the book is really exceptional.
