Details: This has been a great "wake up" book for me. Simple, little ways we sometimes take each other for granted are pointed out, and it's not all about "them". We have personal accountability in our relationships, too. This book is easy to follow with just 3 or 4 pages to read before a "dare" is presented; the dares are not very controversial although there are a few that may raise your eyebrows. While the author suggests following it as a couple as a possible way to use the guide, I have followed the book without telling my partner about it... depending on how it goes, maybe I'll share it and ask my partner to try it! So far, so good.
