Details: Ever thought you might like to try fasting but then the thought got old and died? This book might be just what you need to go ahead and give it a try. Gives one a whole new desire to follow 1 Corinthians 7:5 "Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again,........"
No fasting should be done without good reason to undertake it, how to begin and also how to properly cease the fast. It's nothing to play with at all. Excellent book! A ton of good information within.
