Description: Of course this presentation is not their extended one, and for this reason it has its own merits. The spectrum of belief and judgement which is displayed shows a concise survey of anthropological angst and/or hope. I personally found myself next to a person during a plane flight who eventually self-described herself as exactly fitting one of their models, it was remarkable to have a model in my hand which actually fits the reality of at least one person, yet in percentages quite a few more. Buy this book for its brevity and brilliance, buy their other books when you have more time to dedicate to your life.

Review Summary: Excellent book
Date: 2008-08-02
Details: This book should be read by all who have any question about evolution or who don't believe evolution happened! It is well written.
Review Summary: Their first book was better.
Date: 2007-10-25
Details: This book is basically a sequel to the authors' first book, Evolution from Creation to New Creation: Conflict, Conversation, and Convergence. In my opinion, this book, in addition to being repetitious, doesn't add a whole lot to the discussion. The question "Can you believe in God and Evolution?" was answered much better in their first book. If it had been the title of their first book, I think that the authors and the book-buying public would have been much better served.
Several books in addition to their first book answer the question much better than this one, including Kenneth R. Miller's Finding Darwin's God: A Scientist's Search for Common Ground Between God and Evolution (P.S.) and Keith B. Miller's Perspectives on an Evolving Creation.
Review Summary: God and Evolution Poorly Written
Date: 2007-08-11
Details: This is a very biased book with absolutely no facts to support the authors' claims. This will definately not help anyone struggling with their faith.
