Details: Our church held this in a small covenant group. At first, I did not think I needed this class but since my friend was taking it, I thought I would too. After the first chapter I thought, this is hitting close to home and by the 5 chapter, I knew that I was meant to take this class. No only did I learn what God truly wanted out of all women but in my walk with Him. My husband and I have grown closer to one another and to God. Truly a triangle picture. Me on one side, husband on the other and God at the top. As we became closer together, we became closer to God. I would recommend this book to all women and encourage the men to read Every Man's Battle. We both have taken Every Man's & women's Battle and marriage. Today we facilitate these classes in our new church. |

Review Summary: Again, in regards to religion, it's right on the money BUT... |

Details: for those of us who are not religious, the book has no true useful or parallel meaning in regards to "our" everyday life. And as I stated in regards to Every Womans Battle: Discovering God's Plan for Sexual and Emotional Fulfillment, it is RIGHT ON THE MONEY with it's respect from a RELIGIOUS ASPECT, but leaves the rest of us shaking our heads with raised eyebrows of concern. |

Review Summary: A little long winded |

Details: Overall the questions in this workbook are a good companion to the book. I am single, never married so some of the questions have no revelance in my life at the moment. Others are good because they make me think of my future and what I want and don't want from a husband. Some of the chapters are very long with a lot of questions to them. Great resource to do as part of a small group, which is how I am using it. |

Review Summary: Writers Are Sexist And Against Free Speech |
Date: 2005-02-02 |
|
| |
Details: Either I have gone completely blind or all the less than
perfect reviews are missing from this area of Amazon.com
Not blaming this on Amazon because it's a great company which
has helped many people.I am blaming this on writers who can't
take a different opinion other than their narrow view of how
men and women behave.
Anyway as I said before the book falls short in helping women
because it seems to dismiss any real sexuality in them beyond
sterotypical attention and romance starved love junkies.
If someone wants to help women, then know that all women are
not like the sterotype, some of us don't need a man for attention and have the same sexual temptation men face.
