Customer Reviews

Review Summary: Good introduction...weak on some details Date: 1998-11-12

Details: An excellent introduction to market-based mechanisms for electricity provision and alternative electricity market structures. Discussions on transmission planning and pricing could use more meat and consideration of the many unresolved issues. Basic economic explanations are a bit brief as well.
