Description: Kim Clement has had many critics over the years, but the movers and shakers in the world are sitting up and taking notice of this out of the box prophet. In his new book, Kim shares some of the amazing stories of accurate prophecies that God has been giving him. The personal words shared with individuals in his meetings are incredible enough, but the words he has been given on a national and even worldwide scale lift him into a realm not shared by many. His passion expressed here is to make it clear that anyone can hear and be the voice of God in the earth.
Details: This was a good and enjoyable book. Kim shares his touching personal story and journey from rebellion to relationship with Jesus and from religion in the church to refreshment through the Holy Spirit.
This book will encourage you and give you some insights as to how God speaks to you. It will change your mindset to realize that we need the prophetic voice in the church and that God's ways are far greater and more powerful to touch society and people than we ever realized.
As far as the practical aspect of hearing the voice of God, I would not rate this book as being one of the best in that regard. It is more of an intermediate book. I would recommend YOU MAY ALL PROPHESY by Steve Thompson as a book for those who may never have moved in the gift of prophesy before and want some foundational teaching about what scripture says about it and how to clearly hear God's voice for yourself. Thompson's book is also great for those who already have experience in the prophetic.
Overall, Kim Clement's book is good and I would recommend it.

Review Summary: Possibly the BEST book ever on clearly hearing God
Date: 2008-09-07
Details: I've loved the Lord and have studied the Bible for about 14 years now, including studying in a masters degree program at a prominent Christian college. Despite all the "head" knowledge and theology, I've also listened to Kim's teachings and prophecies heartily for several years now. Kim has opened up my ears, my heart, my mind to hearing God actually speak to me, sometimes in impressions and brief visions, and now in sentences and even complete paragraphs.
For those who argue that those who hear God's inner voice and impressions by His indwelling Holy Spirit might, in fact, be hearing their own or other voices, Jesus challenged that those who love and follow Him should actually know His voice. To KNOW His voice is to HEAR His voice.
I, like I'm sure countless other Christians, was worried about hearing God incorrectly, about making mistakes in hearing His voice.
But now I truly believe I hear God quite clearly. The more I talk with the Lord and hear His voice, the more I am convinced He LOVES to communicate with us directly and openly, as originally in Eden before the fall.
Kim Clement will shake open your soul from its inhibitions and false, "religious" ideas to live with new freedom in the Lord.
