Details: This book is an excellent reference manual, especially for radiology/oncology. I am a medical chemo/radiation transcriptionist. It was easy to use, quick to find terminology. A must have for oncology, it changes so quickly with all the new advances in medicine. I would recommend it to anyone starting out in transcription or dictation. Diane Plankenhorn
