Details: Condie's work has long been the standard work in plate tectonics. I've just read the 4th edition. As good as the previous editions. However, this is a volume for senior geology majors or graduate students. I hope Condie is contemplating the Millennium edition. One suggestion--re-draft all graphs to have common time scale including geologic time periods.
