Melody Beattie's first book, 'The Language of Letting go' is a daily meditation for those who are "co-dependent" which is also excellent!
I received 'Language of Letting go' 2 years ago from a friend after my husband passed away. It is full of wisdom that can be applied to every day life. Easy read, a daily meditation book that makes you want to keep reading what the next day's wisdom will be. I bought 2 books to give as Christmas presents this year.
