Details: I ordered this item to replace one the dark pink canon case I had lost , however I was very disappointed that instead of the dark pink case, thats pictured, a bubble gum pink one arrived! I'm hoping this was just a mistake? I'm returning this one asap! Aside from the off color, its a good case. |

Details: The case itself is pretty and it fits the camera nicely. However, you can't put the strap (of the camera) through the little hole at the top while you use it because it's too small. i.e. it gets stuck, so you can't pull your camera out. I just use mine with the strap just hanging from the side, but sometimes that gets annoying because when you pull out your camera to take pictures, you have to hold the case separately instead of hanging it off with the camera strap. |

Details: So I was ordering a bunch of Christmas presents and as an afterthought I purchased this as an extra gift. I get an email confirming my entire order saying it would be shipped by December 15th. Perfect! Then I check to see the status of my order today and it hasn't shipped. Confused by this because Amazon is normally so quick with sending items I look closer and it says the items won't be shipped until December 24th!!! As these are Christmas presents for an out of town Christmas I'm freaked out. How could this be? Everything SAID it was IN STOCK (which you would assume means it's in amazon.com's hands). I call customer service and she says the item takes 1 to 3 months because they have to get it from Canon!!!! In closure inspection in little typing (smaller than IN STOCK) it says something about March in the AD. OK so why on earth did the Amazon confirmation email say it would be delivered by December 15th if they didn't even plan to have the item in their hands by December 15th????? Luckily I had time to delete that off my order and now I'm getting everything (HOPEFULLY) the day before i leave. That is completely ridiculous!!! |

Details: I just got this case for my SD1100 SI. The color of it is very nice (matches my pink camera!), but it is brighter and lighter than the color I saw on my screen. No biggie. The camera fits in the case perfectly, maybe too perfectly. As of now, I have a difficult time pulling the camera out quickly (hence the 4 stars, rather than 5), but I think that will change since the leather will probably stretch with time. Because the camera fits very snugly into the case, I would recommend that before you turn off your camera, you put it in review mode so if you turn it on accidentally while pulling it out of the case, the lens won't come out. Overall, good case, and I am happy with it. |
